Report an error
Readers may report a factual error, broken source, misleading wording, accessibility problem, or outdated recommendation through the contact page. Include the page title, URL, and the specific passage when possible.
Review process
The editorial team reviews the original source material, publication context, and potential impact. Health and safety errors receive priority.
How corrections appear
Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a note. Material factual changes should update the reviewed date and include a correction or clarification note when useful to readers.
Updates are not always corrections
A routine update may add new evidence, current guidance, or improved explanations without meaning the previous version was inaccurate.
